Previous resistance is now support, this looks like a good chart and trading action to me.
The longer it stays here the stronger the level of support to the next higher high, as this is forming a higher low currently.
We all want it to be quicker, but I think coming into the end of the 2nd qtr there will be alot more traction as the plant road power and infastructure all come into view...
