Yes, result isn't great.  Neutrastain keeps reminding us over and and over again that things need to improve, even though he doesn't own stock.  

I'm keeping the faith, particularly longer term. 

Cost cutting measures being implemented.  Revenue growth occurring as per recent 4C.  

Don't write of the Asta deal yet. 

As I understand it Geoff Lord is a shareholder in Asta.  Now that he is a Top 10 shareholder in Tesserent, he may be able to facilitate the deal getting over the line.
