Tend to agree, don't think you will see any major investment companies or broker recommending this stock, given BPAM past history on this company, the arrangement needs to change. If Roger Sexton and Stephen Gerlach are serious about lifting shareholder value they will relinquish or exit the business minus assett performance fee. I dare say given whats happened until now they wont. These two characters are about whats in it for them, their investment bankers.
They should be working for all shareholders, not BPAM only.
Even if new CEO is successful in what he plans to achieve, BPAM arrangement will have a ceiling on share price for the foreseeable future.
