If something could go wrong it has in the past. The partner gets taken over and the new owner cancels the deal ! Remember that one in 2011 !

It is new management and I hope they bring something new. 

I personally don't even know what the preferred next step is.  A cornerstone investor ?  That still means dilution. It will depend on how much at what price ?  If it is GS YUASA or even left field like Panasonic etc then great. Really great.  I want a solid industry partner who has capital and a master plan. That is what puts the market into a comfortable place.  Its about reducing the risk.  Then the funds can invest.

How about raise $10M for 300M shares at .0333 per share.  New cornerstone investor gains roughly 20% of the company called AnteoEnergy  The masterplan includes selling batteries into millions of cars.   BOOM !

Sell another 20% to GSK. New cornerstone investor gains roughly 20% of the company called AnteoDiagnostics. The masterplan is to make and distribute Ellume POC devices into hospitals around the world. BOOM !
