Thank you for taking the time to reply. Your comments and questions reassure me that we have been great tenants paid rent on or before for five years maybe missing just one or 2 . the house is old about 25 years original carpet , kitchen bathrooms the only Reno was some painting. When we moved in on our entry report we stated how dirty it was and was not offered by RW any cleaning. it was basically you signed a lease live with state of entry .
What is so disappointing is the lack of communication of the PM. When we were sent the renewal we asked to sign only for 6 months . I was told the owner declined our request so under duress we signed 12 communicating we hoped if we needed to breaklease there might be compassion due to my fathers declining health and need to get job on the Gold Coast to be closer and care for him . I got nothing.
I would like the opportunity to tell my story to the judge will he listen , do you think?
we have emailed a response with an amount we are willing to pay to settle out of court. will this help with the judge too?
