Just saw the announcement of him buying shares on market. He only has around 2.3M shares which is relatively quite low for fund manager/director. To be honest, I would have expected him to be sitting on something like 10M-20M shares to ensure his objectives are aligned with shareholders. Shareholders don't make any money out of performance fees or even rise in NTA, only a rise in SP + dividends.
