Acorn I think that "klm travelled tax" (news to me) will be a fantastic introduction, as it's what should have been introduced 20 years ago for ice cars. EV'S being so technologically advanced will make the process so much easier to implement with GPS or Transponder methods. What this will do is create an awareness that user pays when you start your car, which will in turn will create a huge motivation to ride share, therefore easing traffic gridlock overnight, and the billions saved by govts for road expansions etc can be better spent elsewhere. Education would be a good start so our kids become more aware of the worlds problems than some of their parents.
