I am not surprised debt is being considered by the management. Positive market sentiment to products, cash flow positive in January, numerous opportunities being explored, reliable rental revenue (which guarantees a predictable income or revenue) is on the increase, why won't we be able to do a debt raise? Same way a bank is more likely to grant you a loan if you have a stable and reliable job. I'll keep watching and evaluating the decisions of the board. For now, no worries as far as I'm concerned. 

However, if this company continues to make remarkable progress of this nature, it may attract long-term sophisticated investors or venture capital. This is because they will be able to see and understand where the company is coming from, progress made and the prospects too. 
If the book value of a company is higher than its market valuation, deals can be made above the prevailing SP on the stock market, especially for an illiquid stock like SP3 (I have no idea if this is possible on ASX though).
