if someone spends $9 you will be able to find out who the directors are of this new entity. I'm scottish with deep pockets but short arms, and am not willing to pay...!

TBH I hope they don't actually buy the land. I hope they enter into a lease arrangement with a developer and have a purpose built facility which they kit out themselves, Dont want JAT to turn into a property play by default.
