LIFX deal will get finance and BUD technologies will be a profitable company in 10 months, with triple digit growth in revenues to around $70m. I see the main constraint on OHM sales had been they were too early for the market. Market now has more urgency with government legislation. LIFX guys obviously see the medium term benefits.
Re the share price: No one is prepared to step up until the deal is 100% bedded down. Once that is done then projections of revenue and ebitda come into play. Funds will pile in and so will the trolls.
To lighten the mood i had a look at BUD in reverse. DUB. 1.5m 2018 revenues, (11m ebitda) BUT share price rocketting ( 20c to 80c )as this quarter revenue was 2m!!!!. $115m market cap. Not cross promoting just a fun fact.
