So after deducting the Franking credits of $4.960mil from the payment of the Sep18 dividend you are then left with a balance of $10.026mil.

i interpreted the following

as the amounts factored in tax and dividend that is yet to be paid...

The other issue is the majority of the register (Chinese + Dutch) have no use for the credits so maybe the company won't bother...
