During the half year to 31 December 2018, The Betmakers Holdings Ltd (TBH) acquired two new businesses, DynamicOdds and Global Betting Services. The group agreed an acquisition price of $7,000,000 for each business (plus performance payments), and raised $4,268,870 net of costs to assist with the required funding.
