What I think is going to happen here is a sale to private equity at around $3 per share, private equity love these types of asset, I have owned shares in care homes in UK/OZ/NZ/US for 20 years+ and they always get eaten by PE firms at this point in the cycle, I am sure behind the scenes mulpha are organizing an auction of sorts, once Aveo is sold the funds will fully delever Mulpha who own 22% of aveo, even at current prices the aveo stake is worth more than their whole market cap, once this has left mulpha de-levered the family behind mulpha can then take it private by re-levering, Mulpha which also owns assets like Hayman island resort and the sydney intercontinental has a true Nav per share of over 10 myr and a share price of 2.25 , so I expect a takeout there at 5+ , holders here han make a nice turn on aveo being taken out and then compound that by the next leg of the trade Mulpha takeout ..... I sold out of INA last week to buy Aveo and more Mulpha
