The key point in the Simon interview was at the 4:30 mark where Simon mentions Kirkland Lake. He mentions it to reassure major shareholders that there is a way out. If all else fails, Kirkland Lake won't let it's $5 investment go down the drain for $10 million which they seem to earn every week at Fosterville. But Kirkland Lake won't provide $10 million out of the goodness of its heart. It will want a member or two on BoD and 30% ownership. Any future plant decisions will be taken over by Kirkland Lake to coordinate with what Novo's and Pacton's needs will be in the Egina area. ES is the puppeteer and De Grey, Novo, and Pacton are dancing to his strings.
