Agreed. It was raised at the AGM, and there is the cash.
There was also a really interesting discussion on 3AW about giving people who didn't start the company (and therefore risk nothing) shares in it and the behaviours it drives......cash bonus was seen as the way to go. If I can find it I will post it.
