There is absolutely no way they have enough time to develop to the bottom of the stoping block to mine bottom up, if they anticipate production kicking off within 8 months.
That would require a vertical advance rate of far beyond >150m pa, well beyond industry benchmarks of sustainable advance rates in the order of 70m pa.
That point alone invalidates the rest of your argument.
