the only possible scenario of what I heard and I did hear it was that maybe he got confused with when the data was going to be assessed to when the data will be released. watching from the sidelines 2 huge buys of 2.5 million shares came in on the time frame of what was said at the meeting. so perhaps someone has an insiders view and is taking a position with a huge purchase of 2.5 million shares. it could be 2 buyers each obtaining 2.5 million shares. now there is another  buyer in wanting that magical figure of 2.5 million shares. to me the tell tale sign will be if he/she buys into the market. then I think its game on and news is just around the corner. my own view if they move then jump in
