FWIW (and, without being flippant it could be quite a few bucks) I believe Chris G. did make the comment in the last AGM, along the lines of "If we had to pay full rates for legal input....but Mark and his company help out in that regard and we're very grateful".
I don't want to put words in anyone's mouth, I don't think I imagined it. If those are the facts, I don't see the wisdom in discounting, at best, or denigrating..
