@Sky it also indicates that the 20% is worth fighting for and they want to be sure they have adequate legal dollars to secure it. Bear in mind that the other side will be spending just as much on legal fees and GAS has flagged they will be spending plenty to defend their right to 20%. it sends a signal that GAS will do all it takes to secure it.
