Big Finn, you are incorrect in your thoughts here.

1st Image is:     Directors' relevant interest in the Securities of the Company
2nd Image is:    20 largest holders in fully paid ordinary Shares

You cannot confuse the two, they are completely different things!!

Both Pnina & Shalom have an interest in 193,597,812 shares @ 27/09/2017.
In this table, it does not say they are shareholders, merely they have an interest in shares.
As they are held by the same entities, there are the same shares (not doubled to 24.02% as you suggest).

So... 197,820,624 shares have not disappeared from this list
Your assumption was flawed.
