Not having a go at Ablm, just wanting some intel as he seems close to someone within the company. Personally, I no longer call as I simply see it as nothing but a waste of their time.
They need to communicate to all and not the select few. It’s time for the company to address all points in Beale’s/ Pogues’s posts.
It’s reminds me of a frustrated home renovator telling his wife about all these grand improvements only to be left with the house torn apart and subsequently onsold for someone to finish the job properly.
