Ya, seems to be on most of the so call BOD agenda. The thing we should worry is that the current BOD  and also the previous do not  hold a lot of shares individually , which doesn't give us the confidence that their performance remunerations are directly connected to the performance of the share price and company as a hold. Hope the new BOD make a direct purchase on the open market to instill confidence that their financial wellbeing are directly tied to their hard work and performance.
