Barring anything unforeseen like an unwelcome TO attempt, which sadly in view is looking more and more likely, Our time will come. When it does, it will turn hard. Will not be suprised to see it go from where we are now to into 40's in 8-10 week span once it does turn. Only then will it be "fair" value. all IMO
