Looking at the market cap and SP. It's quite easy for the investors to control the SP from here. I think cobalt prospecting shares were transacted at 0.7cts, and the new BOD was appointed by them . At the least , the target short term should be around 0.3 to 0.7cts . Any good initial drill results can easily push the SP back to 1cts, beyond that , lot's of work need to be doneI guess.
