A type of SPP I guess. With the firm promise of funds to put into the tank then the VIC BOD has been able to show the ASX that it will have enough funds to be able to trade as a solvent entity. Then it can undertake a CR to get sufficient funds to test out what it might have or find out what it doesn't have. I have strong doubts that they are going to find much in the Bolivian cupboard unfortunately.
