Well maybe, my main concern is avoiding another CR or if nobody gives them cash it's lights out. Couldn't imagine another 10mill raise and what that would do to the register.

I don't know how they will cover the debt epayments which will be around 1mill a qtr. Then the loss of Buddy which is 3 to 3.5 mill a qtr and then LIFX which we have no idea on as of yet. Could easily blow the bank out of the water.

Fundamentals are key and DM has given us no idea on how he will manage it. Hoping LIFX blows it out the water isn't a good solution. 

When time comes my way and I can bothered I will still write up a good email for you guys and Buddy, all IMO.
