can someone explain to me in laymans terms, how is it that profit was down, yet they are able to increase their divvy by 4% from 2018
are they just very confident that profits will rebound and its their great management?
you would think with profit down, the divvy would at best be stable or slightly cut not rise.
If the housing downturn gets worse SGP will have to cut the divvy eventually right? if profits drop again.
