PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE OPTIONS ISSUE – EXTENSION OF OFFER PERIOD
The Company advises that the offer to existing optionholders to subscribe for new options made pursuant to the Prospectus dispatched on 19 May 2008 has been extended to 5.00pm WST on 23 June 2008.
The directors have received a number of expressions of interest from optionholders resident in Western Australia and in light of the fact the offer was previously scheduled to close on a public holiday in that State believe an extension will provide all optionholders a better opportunity to fully consider the offer before it closes.
