    I am not against EVs. But I would never by one that runs on LiON batteries because they are too expensive and they don't last long. If you buy a Tesla it will have an 8 year warranty on the battery. As I said, one or two (free) battery replacements are factored into the price. It will be a refurbished battery (new cells only). To be covered by the warranty, you have to service your EV with Tesla every 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first - which adds to the cost. IMO - not worth it. I would rather stick with a gas gussler until they get a battery that last 20yrs and stays 100% efficient.
