My biggest complaint against the so called new technology is that
It is not far removed from what we had a hundred years ago and until they get a new electricity storage system or nuclear generator it will continue to be very poor efficiency and not suitable for mainstream power supply or in the case of cars will not be equivalent to IC cars that we now enjoy
So any new technology that is widely accepted and used has to be superior to what is currently used both in economics and is usage
The state of renewable energy today does not accomplish that so why are we going backwards
It's about ev's , and the facts are that over their lifetime they produce half of a co2 footprint than ice cars do, and that figure is increasing every week due to battery development and renewable energy for recharging. The only reason anybody could be motivated to continue to poop on ev's would be their belief that cc doesn't exist. That being the case then why try to cling to history and not support a cleaner future? Doesn't make an ounce of sense.
