That video forgets to mention how many times you have to replace the battery in an EV.
A Swedish study has shown that production of a 100 kWh Tesla battery produces 17.5 tons of carbon dioxide which is equivalent to driving an internal-combustion vehicle for 8.2 years. When you factor in at least two battery replacements during the life of the car, then its equivalent to driving an internal-combustion vehicle for 32.6 years. So at least 3 times more CO2 emissions!
