Ann: Trading Halt, page-60

Last time we were told the reason for the hefty discount was due it being hard to raise funds under the current circumstances.......and this time round? We were only just told we've had numerous parties approach us to offer up funding 

The only "positive" i can take from this is that it's not a huge raising by any means and although adds further dilution it's not on a grand scale......however......WHY? Does the last few days volume/trading look a bit "how ya goin" now?
