What about the fee we get for casual and subscribed use? $30 per month recurring revenue, even if 25% of new buyers take that up ongoing, that you are looking at $36,000 per month, growing annually, 50% take up $72,000 per month.
With 20% run off with next years sales that goes to $64,800 to 128,000 per month. Not to mention the odd $25 per month casual use 5gb plan revenue.
That will build pretty quick, plus the retainer and I would be very surprised if there wasn't 100% take up on year one too given it's a $360 add on to a $150k trailer.
