No I am not worried unless the bond doesn’t come though because it minimises dilution on conversion down the track, but I wasn’t happy with some previous management decisions that led to those shares being issued. 
I have on that company’s thread cautioned other posters on too bigger expectations due too the number of shares on issue. I think a SP of 9-12c on funding and 25-45c on expansion are realistic over there but who knows where the market can take it.
