    What an awful report - I feel for all holders but have been there before during BAL's earlier plunge under Laura McBain and the previous management who misled shareholders. At least it seems that there was more transparency this time around, as this result did not come as a major shock to most. 

    Speaking of which, I haven't heard much about the class action lately - anyone know where it's at?
