i have served on the board at the predecessor of this very company for 2 years, (CFO for 4) occasionally taking the Company Secretary role. I had to study and know Australian Corporate Governance regulations and we attempted to list several times when we were in a much weaker financial and legal position.
You seem to be mistaking my years of experience in the capital markets, my knowledge from studying for many many professional licences in the US, Australia, AND France (which is irrelevant to this discussion) for “Ego”.
