I've been watching CYB for some time. Never held it previously. On pure fundamentals in respect to relative valuation analysis it does look interesting to me. I would appreciate others closer to this stock if they could share their views on my current concerns:
1) Rebrand to "Virgin". I don't get it. I know virgin is and the brand is all entrepreneurial and such but for me, I just think banks need super super strong brands of safety, reliability, strength, wisdom etc. Must now will CYB's future clients react in northern end,and and Scotland and Wales? is it a bit gimmicky for a very serious business?
2) Messy brexit with the uk government officially leaving EU without the deal they've tried for again and again. D day is end of March. the way it looks, it's not going to be resolved. it's actually impossible to resolve with the time constraints. the global financial media is going to be in a frenzy about this just 3 weeks from now.
So for me, if anyone can satisfy my concerns about the stupid rebranding, I may buy closer to end March.
