Peter Richard Miller (Non-Executive Director)
Mr Miller was appointed as director on 8 February 2011 and continues in office at the date of this report. Mr Miller stepped down from his senior management position on 17 May 2013 but continued on as a non-executive director. Mr Miller founded Drill Torque in 1992 with 1 drill rig which grew to 29 rigs. Mr Miller has been involved in all aspects of the drilling industry for the past 29 years. His experience encompasses working with all types of drilling rigs, building rigs and managing
drilling companies.
Having worked in most exploration areas in Australia he
is intimately familiar with drilling conditions, equipment requirements and pricing structure to maximise fleet productivity. Mr Miller is widely known and well regarded in the industry.
