PilabaraBoy: I do not really believe that shorters would take such a risky approach, as one good ann. might increase the sp of IMU upwards really quite/very substantially??
But - and this is sheer speculation on my part, of course - an entity that would like to take a good/solid stake in the company would like to 'negotiate' with the company the pricing thereof based upon an 'artificially' depressed average pricing for some time now...? A PURELY speculative thought on my part and most likely I shall be completely wrong.
