You need to look at the PDS to see why. There is a tiered administration fee, which along with different pricing according to which group they are badging it for, will erode margin on larger accounts. Essentially the bigger the account the less they will get. Most are capped on the administration fee side at around the $3,000,000 mark from memory.
Essentially if you get large accounts above the fund cap, they will lose the revenue on the FUM
