This is a correct assessment of the past. IMO the company has been characterised by a succession of pump & dumps to allow “sophisticated investors” to exit their positions. If one was going to buy into this business you would want to see “cash receipts” in the next 4c - and not simply vague unquantified deals. If a current holder there is not much more to loose by holding on if that’s any consolation.
