Sorry I was told I am not allowed to be negative since I sold out. If there is anything left after Arena and the Board have finished picking at the bones I will be impressed.
More serious I don't know how the IER will come back with this deal being fair and reasonable given the valuations the company was splashing around just a few months back. I guess where there is a will there is a way.
