DEED OF SETTLEMENT – TENEMENT IP
Stone Resources Australia Limited (ASX: SHK) (“SRAL” or the “Company” is pleased to
announce that it has signed a Deed of Settlement with VCS Civil and Mining Pty Ltd (Receivers &
Managers Appointment) (in Liquidation) (“VCS”.
The terms of settlement remains confidential. It is expected that the Company will be able to
receive the Tenement IP, being those reports relating to drilling, assaying, rock chopping,
surveying, geotechnical, mine plan and other analytical research conducted by VCS in
connection with the “Ben Hur” mining tenements held by SRAL in the Laverton region of
Western Australia, within the next 10 days.
Upon completion of the Tenement IP review, the Company will announce relevant reports when
appropriate.
