Looks to me like they are both informing the market (nice detail released imo), plus spruiking what they’ve got to a wider market. My uninformed assessment is that they are looking for either a better deal, or to speed up and finalize the current deal. Again imo, I’d read “better deal” as being some cash in hand before say the start of June. Here’s hoping!
