Riskon22 is a "professional in the investment business".....are you moonlighting as a comedian?

Some examples to perhaps dispel that notion:
"Wow, so much baseless speculation" followed by:
 - "...health being a big one when, especially when your 75 years old!!!"
- "....cobalt and nickel free batteries and cash flow that will be coming out of NY by years end."

We have all put our hard earn money into this company, and management absolutely have a legal and fiduciary duty to ensure they manage the company & it's resources to the long term benefit of the shareholders. This forum quite highlights that existing shareholders are a little concerned about the lack of progress on a range of fronts over many years, so never be afraid to stand up and voice your concerns, including directly to management and at the AGM.
Management are getting paid well to do their jobs, and currently $1m per quarter is spent paying directors, executives, & consultants on a company that has no day to day operations, which is very questionable. The only thing achieved over the last 18 months is announcing more JVs or MOUs, but not a single cent of funding secured (and for all those on the rah rah brigade, a capital raise to pay for operating costs does not count).

By all means this is a speculative investment, but base your investment decisions on facts and not random comments on cashflow by the end of the year which I can guarantee you, the company has never confirmed to anyone in writing.
