If the $4.5m  of deferred liquidations' had gone through, after tax the PAT would have been up 5% despite the higher employment costs & finance charges.

As stated in the presentation the split in liquidations H1 / H2 is within the consistent historical range so not as huge a task as the headline  numbers first suggest.

My question would be is the retirement of the COO linked to the failure to meet expected liquidations?
They refer to new strategies & testing new ones perhaps the old COO was unwilling to adapt or just didn't have the heart to continue in the face of a new challenge?
