For something similar that happened recently to another zinc producer look at Heron’s dispute with Sedgman. A fixed price contract to build the mine and Sedgman tried it on to charge them 50M extra - although that was thrown out pretty quickly as they had a contract superintendent for the build (so avoids the courts)

Now where were Sedgman’s brilliant legal minds on this baseless claim for $50M? CIMIC the parent company of Sedgman has a market cap of $16B.

Each to their own but I’m certainly not losing too much sleep over this.

thrown out? isn't it just in dispute, i haven't seen a market release saying that one is settled. a party rejecting a claim is different to it being settled, everyone who has worked in business has disputed invoices at time to time
