There is also a Clause stating in the advent of another Party making a TO Bid that Perylia can be freed of the restrictions preventing them from making a TO. e.g. should another Party make a TO offer before Xmas then Perylia would be let loose to also compete for a. TO.
Therefore starting an Auction or bidding war.
