"Where's all the money gone?" ...

Seriously,  the "Chinese sleight of hand"  comment is not cool especially if you cant read the announcements and do the math yourself and instead start a thread claiming money is missing...

I'm sure you remember the former chairman or director who loaned the company money to get through the last few years on an oily rag, it clearly states in the September Quarterly that they paid back $594k in borrowings and cleared that debt.

There goes the $493k convertible notes and most of the $150k cap raise, now the new bloke Dr Wei has offered a loan of up to $1m on better terms at 7% and BSP is living off that. This is the problem with debt, you have to pay it back but BSP have avoided massive dilution whilst they were still trading.

Interesting Ms Chen was the convertible note backer and now she's a director with $493k of skin in the game in the form of convertible notes that could be converted into shares. At least most of the team have a vested interest in getting this thing moving.

    Cheers,

    Disco.
