my back of the envelope numbers;
10km strike, 2km width, 200m vertical thickness, brine SG 1.25, porosity 25%, grade 0.08%.
10,000 x 2,000 x 200 x 1.25 x 0.25 x .08% = 1Mt contained Li = 1 x 5.323 (Li to Li2CO3 conversion factor) = 5.323 lithium carbonate. If only 10% of this is drainable, then we have 0.53Mt Li2CO3. This is about half the size of Galaxy. Does anyone know what GXY use as their drainable factor?
The grade is also very interesting as it's virtually identical to Galaxy's reserve grade....
